Level Two Advanced Techniques School
Price: $600.00 plus GST (full day)

This program is for advanced track drivers, racers and students that have participated in High performance Schools before.

Have you thought about taking your driving to the next level? If you have track experience this is a day you do not want to miss. The Day is open to only 15 students. We will be focusing on advanced techniques that will lower lap times. Each student will be encouraged to look at what they would like to change and improve on the race track. The day will be setup with lapping sessions and technique sessions through out the day. Some of the key components we will work on are.

• momentum session and car awareness
• Advanced line
• How to go faster and where to go faster
• Trail Braking, chassis setting and how to carry more speed into corners
• Looking at true corners and sets of corners
• Prioritizing corners
• Better Braking techniques
• Finding the limit the safe way
• Understanding the Friction Circle and how it can help us
• Improving your Heel and Toe technique

Bonus #1

If you have a data logger system that you use at the school I will spend approximately 30 to 60 minutes with each student to go over the data and help fix driving errors and come up with some strategies to help lower lap times.

We will introduce and work on:

• Vehicle Control
• Downshifting techniques for ice snow and other slippery road conditions
• Braking/Correct use of ABS systems
• Accident Avoidance
• How to look at corners with the focus of maintaining a very light cornering load level (a great technique for winter driving)
• Weight transfer and the effects on vehicle dynamics
• Throttle steer and maintaining the balance of the car
• Understanding early and late apex corners
• Practice Sessions
